Domain is already in use

Hey!
I used my domain (julialisboa.tk) on my old website, which has been deleted and removed from my account. Today, I registered the domain again, but 000webhost says it’s already in use.
How should I proceed?

Please screenshot your freenom domain from the freenom panel.

I can’t seem to get past 88% where it gives a choice of Use Own domain or Buy Domain. My domain was provided by FastHosts so I chose Use Own Domain. I then get a pesky error requester saying the domain is already in use. How do I get past this problem please? My domain is llanblethian.org.uk

Please screenshot your registrar cPanel where your domain can be visible.

I haven’t changed my email, which is julialisboa@outlook.com

Domain is actually in use by another user (julialisboa@id.uff.br), @julialisboa is it your account?
