Domain Pointing Issue CNAME Internal Error

I have a domain in GoDaddy.com. I want to point domain asauthforum(dot)000webhostapp(dot)com to forum(dot)asauthrpg(dot)com. It says internal error has occured and developers has been notified. Please HELP.

Login to GODADDY.COM and make sure to set your nameservers to ns01.000webhost.com and ns02.000webhost.com or use CNAME method and point asauthrpg.com to asauthforum.000webhostapp.com

I am doing the CNAME Method. But I want to point the subdomain. So I do forum.asauthrpg.com to asauthforum.000webhostapp.com. It says internal error when I try to point domain!

I’ve submitted a ticket.

You can try using nameservers in the meantime and setting up a subdomain.

Developer replied:

Can’t point or park 3rd level domains, seems to be possible on Hostinger though, so if user wants to use it, advise him to upgrade
