Domain stuck as "Waiting for Payment"

I paid immediately when purchasing a domain name through the 000webhost cpanel, but it’s stuck under “Waiting for payment” which is not allowing me to link to my webite.

Any idea on steps to resolve this?

Try https://hpanel.hostinger.com or contact their support please.
You can likely manually add the domain to the free panel and then set the nameservers via the link above on Hostinger panel.
