Can you screenshot your set web address screen from 000webhost.com?

Since you have setup a cname for www.gufc-support.com can you try adding www.gufc-support.com within 000webhost cpanel?

If that doesn’t work I can only suggest nameservers in the meantime.

Same issue here, I just registered a free 000webhost account to see if it’s any better than my old webhost.

Whether I try to park or point my domains, 000webhost does not recognize their CNAME records. Not good.

#8

CNAME record updates does not reflect immediately. It may take more that 2hours to complete.

#9

Please who knows how to step up CNAME for freenom

#10

PLEASE IS THIS THE RIGHT WAY TO STEP UP A CNAME ON FREENOM REGISTRAR.

Hey andrius,
every single third-party service I used to verify the CNAME records (Google dig, dnsstuff.com, et cetera) showed it as updated. In my experience with other webhosting providers, changes are reflected in less than 5 minutes.

It’s now been over 12 hours and 000webhost still does not recognize the CNAME record. There appears to be an issue in your system. Do you have a proper support ticket system for free accounts?

#12

No free accounts only have the community forum, if you want live support, ticket support then you’ll need to visit the premium hosting site.
