I have created email forwarders to two different email addresses and mail will not deliver. My domain is parked with this service and when I check the DNS records against public DNS they are correct.
ns01.000webhost.com internet address = 153.92.2.6
ns02.000webhost.com internet address = 153.92.2.7
MX preference = 0, mail exchanger = mail.post.000webhost.com

Similar problem, Am trying to fwd ALL emails to a parked 000Webhost domain with correctly configured nameservers. I am trying to create a “catch all” email forwarder by denoting a star, in other words this symbol * to designate that ANY and ALL emails to this parked 000webhost domain be forwarded to an email addr of my choosing. The 000webhost WILL NOT accept the * symbol as a “catch all” designation for any and all emails to be forwarded. Any suggestions?

You can simply create a email forwarder(you must park your domain first)…and all your mail will be forwarded to your gmail using your custom mail id!!!
