Email mismanagement

I have a free hosting account with you for frvp.com since December 2016

Recently, I discovered that none of my domain email has been received by the web based email program you supply. I also discovered that you have stopped email service for free accounts without any notification. The problem is I have 4 months of email that I never received and there was never a ‘email undeliverable’ message returned and people thought I was ignoring them and I have not received many other important emails.

You are the only one who has those emails and I want them. How do i get them? From now on, I’ll forward the emails.

After we disabled email services, they were not collected. There should have been a bounce email, but that depends on what providers the users are using.

I would urge you to migrate to the new control panel as your website may be switched off soon.
