When I open my websıte the page cannot be opened. But if i using VPN my page is opend. If you do not use VPN It shows only ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR.
How can I fix it?

Works fine over my ISP and VPN connection.
Maybe try some of the tips here:
Or simply disable firewall, clear browser data or try another browser and ensure your date and time is setup correctly.

Oh I’ve heard of Turkey users being unable to use 000webhost due to Governmental/ ISP blockages.
The only solution is proxy/ VPN currently.
