Error while creating email account "Undefined property: stdClass::$name"

I created an email account on cpanel>Manage Email Accounts submit the email and password, then I get following error at the top of the page “Undefined property: stdClass::$name”, however the email account does get created and it is shown below.

The issue is that I can only SEND emails but i don’t received any emails, When someone sends me an email, it bounces back and the senders gets an error saying “Address not found”.

has this happened to anyone? anyone knows how to fix it?

As above, you sound like you are on the old panel.

Email is not longer available on the old panel.

If you hit tutorials on the forum then the migration one will explain how to move to the new panel.

Email forwarding is available on the new panel.

Yes, I was using the old Cpanel, migrating to the new one now! hopefully that should solve the issue!
