Exporting HTML Table To Excel Not Working

I don’t know this script restricted by 000webhost or not, because i’m trying it in localhost it’s working, but when I upload it to 00webhost, it’s not working at all. But, other Javascript function can be run. Please help.

What errors are you getting?

No error message comes out, but it cannot export the table to Excel. When you click the button, nothing happens
