Hi, i frequently work with my html and from yesterday the file manager (FTP Redirect) isn’t opening. I thought it may be a issue with a site but now i am thinking this is a very serious issue. When I get redirected to the file manager, It takes much time to load and then a page comes asking for the login details. I forgot my password of my site. I went to the account settings and clicked on change password link and the link came at my E-mail. I clicked on the link and typed the new password again. IT came to be a pop-up written as"An internal error occurred. Our developers have already been notified". Please solve my issue as early as possible.
