Howdy all,
I recently registered with this service and am trying to connect via FTP to upload my site file, but I continue to run into this error. I have tried resetting the site’s password (removing special characters) to no avail. Any help would be really appreciated.
Also, I can’t access the file manager through the web browser, as it always redirects me back to the control panel home page (endless loop)
This means there are some temporary issues with 000webhost network, therefore a desktop FTP client might not work as well.

Still having the error. I’ve tried resetting my site password a number of times and following all of the documentation I could find.

Same problem here. Cant upload files . Not with filezilla not with file manager

In your original post you show a screenshot with the username japp but your username is “parkit”
