Seems to be correct?

Working example 2

Thanks much for the followup !
We seem to be getting a connection (using ‘Working example 2’), but are getting the folders with ‘?’ marks (not something we have seen in the past::

And when we click on a ‘?’ folder we get an additional long list of ‘activity’ added to the previous current:

|Status:|Retrieving directory listing of “/”…|
|Status:|Directory listing of “/” successful|
|Status:|Connection closed by server|
|Status:|Disconnected from server|
|Status:|Resolving address of files.000webhost.com|
|Status:|Connecting to [2a02:4780:dead:6d1f::1]:21…|
|Status:|Connection established, waiting for welcome message…|
|Status:|Initializing TLS…|
|Status:|Verifying certificate…|

|Status:|Server does not support non-ASCII characters.|
|Status:|Logged in|
|Status:|Retrieving directory listing of “/public_html/Archive”…|
|Status:|Directory listing of “/public_html/Archive” successful|

which has not happened in the past and/or with other websites we access via FZ.

Not sure, basically all public files accessible via the browser should be stored within public_html
Anything outside/ above this folder will be unavailable via the web.

Thanks again !
The only other folder seen (just now) outside of ‘public_html’ is ‘tmp’ (which had the ‘?’ on it until opened.

FZ-000webhostLogin-190918a

|Status:|Retrieving directory listing of “/tmp”…
|Status:|Directory listing of “/tmp” successful|
|Status:|Connection closed by server|

And it is ‘empty’.

Guess we will just see how it goes from here.
And thanks again for your help !

Just a quick update:

Btw, also having problem with login at ‘File Manager’.

One forum search (Cant login to file manager login incorrect) brought up a suggestion to ‘click on the repair button in your account’ (in this case www.000webhost.com/members/website/mhs62org/settings).

Is that the correct ‘Repair’ button ?
Not sure how that works (or not), but might that help with this FZ question as well ?
Or, could it also cause more problems ?
Am assuming it will not effect the file/folder organization.

Sorry for all the ‘info’, just not sure where else to go.
Hmmm… Maybe check with FZ forums an put in a link to here ?

Ps: Btw, any ideas on where to get additional help with the ‘File Manager’ login question ?

That error just means FTP node facing issue, just wait it out unfortunately.

Thanks for the followup !
It does seem like some sort of ‘FTP accessibility’ question based on users demand which assume effects FileZilla and File Manager.
Will take a look into your suggestions and the link, but assume will not be able to get back before this topic ‘closes’.
So, thanks again for your help !
