Fille manager slow / not working

Hi,

I had my webiste for a long time (stefan999999.000webhostapp.com) for a long time. I’ve never had any problems, until now.

When I go to files . 000webhost . com, and I log in, it takes ages to load and sometimes even doesnt load and goes back to the login screen. If it loads and I get to the file manager, it says “There are no files in this directory…”

I know my login details are correct, please help.

I changed my password a few days ago and now I cant login at all please help
