FTP: 421 Home directory not available

Hi,

All of sudden today I started receiving FTP errors as “421 Home Directory not available” while using FTP to my site
Nothing has been changed in directory structure or FTP user setup.
Is it an issue? Thanks.

Sadly there are FTP issues today, just wait them out and this week you’ll be able to connect again once resolved.

Try using File Manager instead, since you’ve not placed your URL here I can’t advise.

Is the problem still persisting as I woke up today and I can’t access my website or login to the server? It was working perfectly fine yesterday
