is there any estimated timeframe for when the ftp issue will be resolved? My ftp connects but gives the error of not being able to return hom dir -= hence i cannot dl/ul any files

Can you provide us screenshots please of your connection using FTP, we need to troubleshoot this error properly to see what is going wrong please
