FTP Connection Timed out

I am using FileZilla Client but it keeps timing out.

My settings are as follows and FTP IS enabled on my CPanel, I am using the new Cpanel also.

Status: Resolving address of files.000webhost.com
Status: Connecting to 153.92.9.117:21…
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message…
Response: 220---------- Welcome to Pure-FTPd [privsep] [TLS] ----------
Response: 220-You are user number 980 of 4096 allowed.
Response: 220-Local time is now 20:27. Server port: 21.
Response: 220-IPv6 connections are also welcome on this server.
Response: 220 You will be disconnected after 15 minutes of inactivity.
Command: USER a6792121
Response: 331 User a6792121 OK. Password required
Command: PASS ********
Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
Error: Could not connect to server

Why is it timing out?

i think this problem is frequently; associated with the traffic on the server .:confused:

I have never been able to connect without timing out so i hope it is improved soon or people will go elsewhere.

People are free to do as they please there is nothing keeping them here.

The issue is being worked on.

Fixed,

Changed this option and it works.
Mark option --> Only use plain FTP
