Using Filezilla works for your website, I just do not have the right password

On clicking Upload files the file manager keeps saying ‘Login details not correct’ despite several attempts to enter right details.
The ftp doesn’t let me to login either.

We reported this issue to our devs 
I too am having this problem. I am also unable to connect using FileZilla, or any other FTP client recommended. It is very frustrating, as I am not able to update my web page information, or access my files being hosted.
