my FTP is down from last two days i don’t know why is it asking me password all the time i have change my password about 5 times and it’s signing in with the password but not showing me my files & folders which i want to update .
I need help to resolve this issue

What is your URL?
I know the team are improving the storage of 000webhost by adding additional servers and FTP access may be an issue while the upgrades take place! 
If you “track” it that topic will be replied to when the FTP is completely resolved, until then some users not all may face FTP access issues at different times of the day while they add additional storage
But weirdly enough I decided to test your access and I can do it - which is weird.
So you should be able to, if not let me know and I’ll see what I can do.
