my web page restarts by itself i am working with wordpress making changes and suddenly when i load the page it goes back to the beginning when it asked me to install the wordpress this is happening to me several times
This happens due to the free plan limits 
You have a few options - give this thread a read if you are interested.
- you can upgrade to Hostinger Premium and avoid all limitations and continue limit free and face no issues.

simply wait the rate limiting out and remove heavy plugins/themes

use alternative free or paid hosting.
