I’ve bought the domain from Hostinger.
When i try to turn on website branding off, it says “Connecting to server 10s…”
How can I turn off 000webhost branding from my site?
ps. to not create new topic, I’ve contacted you via other similar topic and got redirected somehow through notifications that I should contact Hostinger live chat. They can’t help me…
I can find no active 000webhostapp under your email so once you’ve created a new 000webhostapp URL and linked your custom domain let me know the new app name and the custom domain which you’d like branding disabled for.
You can either attach your Hostinger domain purchase invoice here, or if you’d prefer use the live chat on Hostinger to again raise the issue if possible 
What I ultimately found out is that 000webhost branding can’t be turned off (it was possible in the past, but something went wrong in the process I guess). So I contacted Hostinger directly and transferred the domain there and hosted the site there. It’s working just fine, with SSL and no branding + 0 pricing!
