Hosting account not showing in new gui and no ftp access

Hello,
I hope you can help me I had a html site set up on www.wilfywilliams.co.uk which now goes to a error404.000webhost I can no longer connect ftp nor does the account show if I log in to 000webhost.com If the account no longer exists is there away to retrieve it?

When was the last time you logged into your account?; there were migrations a few months ago and inactive accounts were deleted.

Thanks for your reply, I think it was less than a year ago and I didn’t have it backed up (DOH!). It was only a one page html site was hoping it could be recovered

Sorry; you could try the premium hosting @ Hosting24.com, once you’ve signed up submit a support ticket to see if they can restore your site to the premium hosting, but if it is just a small thing like that not sure it would be worth trying.
