How Do I Find IP Address In Numbers

I have a free domain from freenom and I want to get the IP that’s in numbers (123.456.789). In shorter terms, how do I find my DNS Address.

Here at 000webhostapp subdomains, the IP address changes. So you have to use CNAME records.
