How to create an affiliate link leading to a Russian landing page? Is there a possibility to create custom links in affiliate UI?

Can you suggest approx timelines for that? Or is it maybe possible to make a one-time custom solution for me?
As I believe it may have a very significant impact on the performance.

We currently don’t support custom affiliate landing pages. However you could use the Russian interface of 000webhost instead:
