Can someone help me how can I enable loopback connections ? because I’m having problems with my page script it shows me me a lot this message “Contact your host to see if they are blocking loopback connections” and the website is running to slow.

If you are receiving that message, it means 000webhost does not support LoopBack connections. To make use of such feature you may need to configure a VPS:
