How to get ssl certificate?

Hello! I need advice.
I’ve built a website for our school [school16poltava.000webhostapp.com]. i have a domain www.school16.poltava.ua.
My website was successfully shown, but I faced problem with SSL. I get a message like “This connection is not safe.” How i can get ssl certificate? or
What can i do with this problem?

school16.poltava.ua would need to be setup with CloudFlare then removed from 000webhost.com then added back as POINTED with CNAME records via CLOUDFLARE.
