Backdrop CMS was forked from the Drupal CMS in 2013 by two Drupal developers
Head over to BackDropCMS to begin the download
Once downloaded you’ll want to head over to your 000webhost panel
Once logged in hit Manage on your existing site or create a new website
Hit Tools then File Manager or use an FTP Client like FileZilla
Upload your backdrop.zip
Extract your files into a new folder or existing one
Now if all worked fine then head to the installer page in your browser
It will ask for your database information
You can create this via the 000webhost panel
Tools then Database Manager
Create a secure password for your database
Once created paste this information into the installer and proceed
This process will take roughly 15 seconds
Configure your Site Title and administrator login details
Tada! Your new BackDropCMS powered website is ready to create your new website on!
Edit all your pages and design the website to your liking!
