How to old Sub domain from Previous Cpanel

I have hosting with a url more than 2 year but now the cpanel was updated.So there is a message for backup all my ftp files.
Now I am safe I backup ed all my files, but I can`t able to register the old sub domain.
I need that old domain. What will I do?

The old cPanel is no longer supported.

After backing up and moving to the new cPanel, you will still be able to use the old subdomain to link to the new cPanel :wink:

What was your domain?

Make sure you’ve verified your email address(one used on the old panel).
Then Go to “Set Web Address” – “Add Domain” – “Free Sub Domain”
