Visit the members login page

If “Log in details are not correct.” appears then you are using the correct email but wrong password!

Click on “Forgotten Password”
Type in your email address
You may have to do a captcha
Will show as long as you type in a registered email address
The email should show up in your inbox within 24 hours.
Click on the link
Choose a new password
Now login using the new password set
You should be logged in straight away and your websites will show
