I have some php pages to query the mysql database on user’s demand(GET and POST method queries). I used these pages successfully from lampp on my pc.
Where to place these php APIs and how to access them using my page’s url i.e
Login to File Manager, and simply transfer the entire website through FTP to /public_html
MySQL server host is localhost
Change the PHP version to a lower one: cPanel > Settings > General > Change PHP version > 5.6

From past two days I’m unable to open CPanel , File Manager, database etc. It keeps showing "Connecting to server in 9…8…7… seconds"
I can’t get past this url https://www.000webhost.com/members/website/list after opening my account.

Sometimes there are some temporary issues with 000webhost network. Please try to connect to FTP/DB directly:
File Manager: https://files.000webhost.com
Database: https://databases.000webhost.com
I recommend hitting general, delete and remaking if possible.
