I’m new to building websites. I just created a new website but instead of the domain name I bought it shows http://(my domain name) -com.preview-domain.com/.

Someone please help this is very frustrating

Try logging in at https://cpanel.hostinger.com and using the live chat for any assistance.

So gridirongrail.com is the domain you bought?
What’s your 000webhostapp subdomain?

Sorry I’m not sure what that means.
I bought it from Hostinger if that helps

I just bought this site, and I can’t even put it on the web for anyone to see, and it says a bunch of other things instead of gridirongrail.com

So you’ve purchased premium hosting AND a domain at Hostinger.

You’d be better using the hosting you’ve purchased.

Login to https://cpanel.hostinger.com and MANAGE your hosting there.

Any issues please raise them on the live chat bottom right on your panel at Hostinger.

We cannot assist with Hostinger accounts.

Or simply use the live chat and ask them to set your CUSTOM DOMAIN to your WordPress configuration :slight_smile:

Nobody can even access my website as it just redirects to that domain-preview thing.
