hi
please assist me i connected fine for about two hours yesterday through filezilla.
then last night it just stoped connecting and i am not sure what to do i am using the free version so i am not sure if i have access to the cpanel please assist me i need to get this uploaded by monday. from what i read there might be to many ftp connections to my site . i have run repair multiple times

Can you please try the following:
- Change the FTP password
- Toggle FTP off/on
- Using a VPN
Lastly, if all of the above does not work, wait for a couple of hours, and when you regain access, upload the stable file manager
