I can’t change the sleeping time of my website

Hello, I’m trying to edit the sleeping tume of my web site: implacable-vacuums.000webhostapp.com, but the “update” button is disabled.

By default my sleeping time is at 10pm.

(GMT -4) 0 to 1am sound good for me.
