After Installing a Cache Plugin i became unable to access my wordpress dashboard and my website does not appear when i enter the link.
What actions should i take to solve this problem ?

Or deleting the plugin via file manager under wp-content and plugins and deleting .htaccess file in public_html folder then settings permalinks to plain/default via wp-admin control panel webpage.
