I cannot Log into phpMyAdmin

When I try to login to phpMyAdmin from my database I simply cannot. I don’t knowwhere am I wrong it’s my first experience with databases so I’m not much technical about it. Here is what my error looks like:
mysqli_real_connect(): (HY000/1045): ProxySQL Error: Access denied for user ‘localhost’@‘2a02:4780:bad:c0de::19’ (using password: YES)

I tried all possible usernames i.e. ‘root’ , ‘localhost’ and user for database as well.

You need to copy and paste the EXACT USERNAME and DATABASE from our control panel.
