I can't install mybb because of the database limit's

i cannot install mybb becuase of the limit’s on database write speed’s, i don’t know what to do or how to get around it, so i am thinking about changing my hosting site if i can’t even install a basic forum…

You should change hosting site yes.

Not sure why you cant install MyBB, many users have, maybe install it locally and then import database, else yeah just switch services.
