I made the url change inside wordpress and I can’t go back to the right url anymore. Exclude the site, wordpress and php bank, and nothing has resolved.

Full DNS management is not allowed on free plans. You may only change the MX records.

If you use database you’ll be able to change back to your free URL where it will work.

Ensure you clear your cache after doing so
