i read the entire TOS as it was 02.11.2011 - 14:41:30 - and the closest i could find was
- Chat, proxy, or file download scripts are not allowed. (allowed if you upgrade account)
and
- Nulled software such as ip.board or vbulletin is not allowed to be hosted
are these the rules you are speaking of? 8 applies to nulled vbulletin, and 5 applies to “chat scripts” - i think 5 should be clarified/updated though…
as far as i know, forum scripts such as PhpBB/MyBB boards are allowed on 000webhost, and vBulletin (standard setup) is no more chat script than PhpBB/MyBB
I am telling you now that vBulletin is not allowed to be hosted on free hosting.
