I am just needing help on my website. When I try to access install.php it says:

Thank you brother. But another problem now is that I need to do the URL forwarding, but I cannot see a option on this. For example if the user puts in a web like something.tk and you need that url to go to somethingforums.net how do i do this?

Use http rewrite rule in your .htaccess file.

Else Log in to your 000webhost account, then go to “Settings” >> “Redirects” and add a new redirect.
