Dear Sir,
Thank you again. I solved my connection problem.
every where i read i find that you don’t support .env file.
i followed the log file and i’v seen that it take the parameter from it. i set the parameters in database config file and i ignored the env file when i put the values in it it worked fine.
thank you again. but please modify the tutorial to include it.

Can you further provide information on what you mean and link to said thread?
Officially we don’t support .env files or related scripts as the required PHP commands are infact disabled.
Thankfully premium allows full support :slight_smile:
