My web content was “sleeping” and you told me “Upgrade to Hostinger to avoid Sleep” and I did.
But it did not work, and I want my money back.

If you have upgraded to Hostinger, then it means you have account on Hostinger.
Hostinger and 000webhost are separate things. You can login to Hostinger CPanel and enjoy premium web hosting there.
If you need your files from 000webhost account , log in to Hostinger account and find “Import 000webhost site” or contact their live chat and they will do it for you!

However in that case, I have to change LOTS of url in my other sites.
Any possible I don’t have to change my content url?

I am not sure how did you implemented your website. But we cannot change your files unfortunately .
I suggest you to use some code editor, connect with FTP and do Replace All or something similar
Or setup an htaccess redirect from old to new domain on your 000webhost account
