IMAP enabled for my website

Well you see i was told that i needed IMAP enabled on my website. this support system im trying to install says i need to have imap enabled in order to use it

This is not possible on a free hosting plan. You can park a domain with name servers and create email forwarders, where you have incoming mail forwarded to another address, or you can park the domain and change the MX records to another email provider. Outgoing mail is not possible without changing MX records, so you will need to find a solution with the support system, or upgrade to a paid hosting plan.
