My site: https://endlesshillstest.000webhostapp.com/ is currently down after install the official FB plug-in and I lost access to the dashboard as well. What can I do?

Just to make sure, your site is Wordpress? If so, check this out. The Facebook plugin probably uses too many DB connections. You can try removing it in the File Manager by navigating to /wp-content/plugins and deleting the facebook folder, then waiting for the connections to reset (which could take a while), or upgrade to have the site migrated, where there are no rate limits.
