when trying to install it gives me two errors that i do not know how to solve.
The file config.php is not writable, please chmod it to permission 777
The directory uploads is not writable, please chmod it to permission 777

how do i change chmod to permission 777? i looked it up but only help is from people who have access to a terminal aka hosting it themselves
FYI took me like 30 min’s to write/post this because theirs a invisible banner at the bottom the page, i had to inspect element and delete it because it was blocking the post button.
