Issue with updating Nameservers to Cloudflare

Hi there,

My domain is parked with 000webhost, meaning that my DNS is controlled by them. I am on the free plan and looking to update my Nameservers to match Cloudflares. Can someone give me a step by step process as to how I can change my Nameservers? If there’s no way to change the name servers, I no longer want the domain parked at 000webhost and if someone could tell me how to move the domain to another hosting provider, I’d appreciate it.
