It keeps saying authentication failed! Help!

Hello guys I have downloaded smart ftp, put up the domain which is tragedygaming.site90.net
When ever i try login it gives me this code

Any ideas?

Hello,

The FTP username you’re using is not correct.
Your username is aXXXXX (XXXX is a number).
You can view (and change the FTP password) FTP data conection from “Control Panel” -> “View FTP Details”
