If your site uses database just wait it out or use alternative hosting
I cannot save anything too. it said my account is on hold. I think I need admin to fix it.

I cannot see my website in my admin panel and the menu that I used suddently disappeared and used another default menu. Cannot save anything in wordpress.

The other part, the wordpress just runs really slow when I try to delete or create a new page, but nothing will happen.
Are you admin and can look into it?
