I did not login to my FTP server before and tried lately to login but password failed, I tried to change it but it did not work. I got a message (Requested action was not completed. Your account was moved to the new panel so your actions here are restricted.)
How can I login to my FTP server to backup my website to move to the new panel?!!
Actually my old website was created by Zyro site builder and I dont know if in the new panel will work !
