I have a website on your servers and I was testing the mail() function and a order form.
It worked well but all of a sudden it stopped sending (I didn’t receive any emails anymore) and I didn’t change the code.
Does the mail server has a limitation of sending emails for instance an amount of emails/day/hour …
What can be the cause of this problem?

Yes… On free plans you are allowed to send up to 50 e-mails per day.
Okay so tomorrow this problem will be solved by itself and it will be set back to 0 ?

Yes, it will. 
To check out how much e-mails did you sent per day, please go to 000webhost cPanel > Settings > Statistics > Daily mail quota and refresh the page after 5 minutes.
