Mail Sending Iissue

Hello there,
I am a web developer and past few days i was using this 000webhost to check and build website but everthing is working fine except mail sending, i’m unable to send mail through this 000webhost from my website,
Plz help me out in this
(Also i’m using free account which allows me to send 50 mails)
