I’m having this problem while virtually doing nothing. In 20 minutes just by trying to add a simple post onto my website, my queries exceeded 5K???

What kinda joke is this?

So is there even anything I can do in order to prevent WP from doing so many queries? This is ridiculous, I can’t even make one post without being limited for an hour.
